What I like about it...

I was honestly surprised that these were very pigmented. If you like Wet n Wild eye shadows, you'd definitely love these too. So, if you ever see Black Radiance eyeshadow palettes online don't hesitate to buy, they are worth trying.

Once you walk inside a Watsons Store, I'm sure you will never get out empty handed. LOL!

I just had to pick up these EVAS Vitamin Hand Cream in Winter Cherry Extract and EVAS Vitamin Hand Cream in Avocado Extract since they were on Buy One Take One sale for only Php 109 pesos. I'm so glad I did, these are made in Korea and they do the job. I am using the Winter Cherry Extract and I have to say this stuff works! I gave the Avocado Extract variant to my hubby and he really likes it too. We both have dry hands and this hand cream really moisturizes our hands without leaving a sticky feel.

When I passed by the Hair Care rack, the packaging of the Loreal Fall Repair Anti-Hair Fall Conditioner and Loreal Fall Repair Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo really caught my attention. They were affordable so I thought I'd give it a try.  I've already used both shampoo and conditioner for 3 consecutive days and I'm quite happy with the results. My hair smells really good, it feels soft and I visibly have less hair fall. Will continue to use these and see how it goes.

I was looking for a body lotion with higher SPF since it is already summer. So I picked up the Vaseline Healthy White lightening lotion with SPF 24. I've already used this before so I know that it really works. I also repurchased the iWhite Nose Pack, but I opted to buy another sachet since it's good for about 4 to 5 uses. I also bought the Swish breath spray in peppermint fresh since it was the cheapest I could find. ^_^

I finally got myself a body wash from Philosophy! I went inside Beauty Bar and saw that they had a lot of products on sale. I'm glad that I found some Philosophy products on the rack and it was about 60% to 70% off. I bought the Philosophy Juicy Pomegranate Foaming Bubble Bath & Shower Gel. If I remember correctly I only paid Php 368 pesos for this 480ml bottle the original price was about Php 1000.

I also went to S&R to buy some bath essentials for my kiddo (he's 5yrs old). I repurchased the Johnson's Cooling Baby Powder, this is perfect for him since he sweats a lot. I also bought the Aveeno Baby Calming Comfort Lotion in Lavender & Vanilla since it was on sale for only Php 299. The scent of this baby lotion is very calming, I love using it on my kiddo before he goes to bed. I also bought the Suave Kids Free and Gentle Body Wash 532 ml for only Php 199, I couldn't pass such a great deal. It smells awesome too. I'm so glad it works well with my son's skin. 

Of course I wouldn't dare forget my sweet fix. hehehe. I bought one of my all time chocolate faves, Kinder Bueno. Also got the Cavendish & Harvey Mixed Fruit Drops for my office desk, and lastly, the Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese which I love to pair with mango jam.

* has a mild scent

* convenient packaging because of the twist and brush tip design

* sturdy and sleek packaging, made from thicker plastic

* not drying at all, feels almost like a tinted moisturizer

* does not sit on fine lines

* I usually apply this to lighten my mildly dark circles and it does the trick

* did not irritate my eyes

What I don't like...

* might be a little too sheer, so I usually let it dry just a bit before I start blending

* it does not cover blemishes, but it can lighten dark circles

* product has been discontinued

My rating: 3 / 5

This illuminating pen really does what it claims to be. It does not function as a concealer but more like a highlighter. It really brightens up my face. As you can see in photo above, it made my eyes look less tired and made it appear brighter. I would recommend this to those that have mild dark circles, since this only gives light coverage.

 Mary Kay Brow Definer Pencil in Brunette Swatch

 Before and After using Mary Kay Brow Definer Pencil

I really love the formulation of this brow pencil. It is really easy to apply and it stays all day. My problem with this is that the shade Brunette is a little too dark for me, so I usually have to use my MAC Brow Set in Beguile to make it look lighter. I did try to apply this in feather strokes and I love how natural looking my brows were. I have tried using the shade Blonde but it looks too light and it has a tiny shimmer.

Would I recommend this brow pencil? Definitely!
