Overall, I am enjoying the entire line. I appreciate that everything is mild, lightweight and soothing on the skin. None of the products feel sticky nor greasy. My fave among the bunch is the Toner and the Ampoule for its thin watery consistency and fast absorption. I also like that I can layer the ampoule with my other serums. Their is really nothing special about the sheet mask, other than the sheet itself is made of biodegradable material, so its guilt free when you throw it out. The main ingredient of this line is Vitamin B5 which might help maintain anti-inflammatory effects during pregnancy. However I would highly recommend consulting your OB doctor before using.

Hey ladies, I have yet another exciting skin care tool for you! It is the DeTech Blackhead Remover which I got from The Box PH. I have seen this tool all over social media and got curios if it really works or not.

Overall I think this works well if used correctly. I would especially recommend this to those with very oily skin and have visible blackheads and whiteheads. I have combination skin and barely see any visible blackheads or whiteheads on my skin so it is a bit hard for me to tell. However, it did suck oils especially on my nose area. I have also used this to help reduce smile lines and it seemed to have helped.

Hey skincare lovers! I got something interesting to share with you. I have been testing out the Derma Roller System for the past 3 months and I believe it has helped with improving my skin.

What is the Derma Roller System?

The derma roller (also known as a micro needle roller) is a revolutionary hand-held device which has the ability to naturally stimulate collagen and elastin in the skin to promote healthier skin cells in the body. Using 200 extremely fine medical-grade needles, the dermaroller painlessly creates micro channels in your skin, which then trigger the body's natural healing process to create new, healthier tissue to replace the imperfections of older skin. By renewing your skin cells regularly, you will be able to treat common problems as we age such as wrinkles, skin hyperpigmentation, scars (including acne scars), uneven skin, stretch marks (usually developed after pregnancy) and even hair loss (when used with Minoxidil 5%).

Yes, absolutely. The Derma Roller System is based on ancient acupuncture techniques developed thousands of years ago.The surgical microneedles are gamma sterilized according to ISO 11137. The derma roller uses miro-needles made from non-allergenic medical grade steel so there is no possibility of an allergic reaction to the device.

The Derma Roller System can be used up to 5 days per week for needle lengths of 0.5mm and once every 3 to 4 weeks for needle lengths of 1.0mm and greater.



The DermaC+ Anti-Aging Serum is a powerful anti-aging serum for the face. Highly concentrated with vitamin C (creates elastin and collagen) and vitamin E (antioxidant and moisturizer), this serum minimizes the appearance of deep wrinkles and reduces the look of age spots and discoloration.

It took me a while to test this out since the one I got is the 1.0mm size needle. The kit comes with a User Guide with detailed specifications on how to apply the roller and even includes the direction on how to roll the device on my face.

In my case, I only applied it on my forehead since it was the problematic area at the time when I first started using the Derma Roller. I had fine lines and acne scars on my forehead and I believed this has really helped with the appearance of my forehead.

Heya ladies! I am pretty sure you already noticed how absolutely cute this collection is. A'bloom by Althea is the newest addition to Althea Korea's product line. This time they focused on having a smooth, clean and well hydrated skin before laying down any foundation.

This is how I would use all three products:
So, after I have cleansed my face, I'd start with the BHA Blackhead Blaster, then rinse it off. After rinsing, I'd apply the fruit sheet mask and leave it on for about 10 to 20 minutes, then let it get absorb on my skin. Finally, I would then apply my foundation using the Giant Meringue Puff to get that smooth and flawless base.


I'd like to start off with the A'bloom Giant Meringue Puff and Baby Meringue Puffs. These are just the cutest beauty sponge I have ever used. These are not just cute, they work really well too!




The A'bloom Baby Meringue Puffs comes in threes and are perfect for smaller areas.

What I like about it...
* very affordable at only Php100 for the giant puff and Php140 for baby puffs
* it is softest and fluffiest blender I have ever used
* can be used dry for a matte finish and wet for a glossy finish
* expands up to 1.5 times larger when wet
* the wide base helps with faster application
* blends any foundation evenly
* easy to clean with just any cleansing foam
* made from Latex Free foam and high density Non-Toxic material

What I don't like...
* I honestly can't think of any, these puff are just awesome!

Up next is the A'bloom BHA Blackhead Blaster. It is an easy and quick triple treatment for blackheads, whiteheads and dead skin for daily care. It contains natural ingredients to help gently deep cleanse the pores and removing dead skin cells.
