Has any of you found your Holy Grail mascara yet? I know that's a rather hard question to answer. There are a lot of brands to choose from, all of which comes with different formulations. So, that's primarily the reason why I keep hopping from one mascara to another.

I bought this off ebay.ph last December 2013, but didn't open it till early this year. (around March I think). When I used up my Bobbi Brown Extreme Pary Mascara, this is the next mascara I opened. I always make it a point to use up my already opened mascaras, so as not to waste any of it. Unless, if it's really bad and does not do anything to my lashes, I toss it out. hehe
I honestly really like the huge ass applicator of the CG lashblast mascara. It separates and coats my lashes really well and it holds up the curl. I also appreciate how the plastic bristles gets smaller on the tip, so it helps with coating mascara near the inner corner of my eye.
I'm the type to skip eyeliner on most days, and just apply mascara right away. So, I usually prefer those mascaras that can really add volume to my lashes make it appear like I have a line in my upper lash line. This mascara does that for me.
Look at how the the Covergirl Lashblast Volume mascara makes a lot of difference on my lashes. I also coats my lower lashes really well.
This mascara has excellent staying power on most days. However, I have experienced that it smudged when I was crying while watching a movie. LOL
What I like about it...

* defines and adds a lot of volume to my lashes
* lengthens my lashes
* separates my lashes and does not clump even with more than two coats
* the consistency is just right, not too thick nor too thin
* stays all day on me
* no irritation experienced
What I don't like...
* I got the waterproof variant, but tends to smudge a bit when wet
* stubborn to remove even with a two-phase makeup remover, so I end up pulling my lashes.

If only this wasn't so hard to remove, it would have been great. Also, when I make mascara mistakes, it's hard to clean up the mess since it leaves a stain. Unlike, other mascaras I've tried, when I make a mistake, I just let it dry then easily sweep it with a clean brush. Overall, it's an awesome mascara. It definitely adds a lot of volume without clumping. You just need a really good makeup remover so you won't have any trouble with removing this mascara.
