Halloween Look: Wicked Forest Nymph

10:09:00 AM

Hey ladies, Halloween is fast approaching and I've got a look to share that will hopefully give you an inspiration for Halloween makeup this year.

This look is inspired by Forest Nymphs, but I decided to make an evil version of it.

You might be wondering, what a Nymph is. A Nymph is a mythical creature. Based on Greek Mythology, it is a minor female nature deity typically associated with nature. They are generally divine spirits who animate nature. (source from wikipedia)

I originally saw a similar look on youtube, but I forgot the name on the beauty guru. I just made a few changes on the look to make it more evil-looking.

Products Used

for the face
BYS Matte Foundation in Natural Beige
Mary Kay Translucent Loose Powder

for the graphic outline

for the white base
NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk
topped with the lightest color in the
LA Colors 5 Metallic Eyeshadow palette in Ammunition

for the reddish shadow
I used the Eyelid color on the palette

for the bridge of the nose
Cover Girl Eyeslicks Gel Eyecolor in Glistening Gold

for the brows
Prestige Classic Eye Pencil in Dark Green

for the eyes

for the lips

I know this needs a lot of work, thus the reason for not making a tutorial of this look. Some even said, that it probably was a KISS (rock band) inspired makeup. I had to agree, it did look like it. LOL

Until next time.

Cheerios!
