Product Empties: Perfume Edition

If you're not already aware, I've got a little weakness when it comes to perfume. I've used a lot over the years so I thought, why not share with you guys what sort of perfume I've been using. I love citrus scents with just a tiny hint of fruity and floral fragrance in them. Mostly mild scents that are easy on the nose.

These are the perfume bottles I have been using last year and I just finished my last drop of Hot Gold and Be Delicious very recently. Which means, I have another batch of perfume bottles that I intend to finish before I go buying another one. hehe

Here goes from left to right...

DKNY Be Delicious. There are other variants of Be Delicious but I got the original scent. This starts off a little strong for my liking but fades off a really mild, fresh green scent. The top features green notes, violet leaf, apple, grapefruit and magnolia. The middle notes are tuberose, lily of the valley, rose and violet, while the base notes are sandalwood, amber and musk.

Clinique Happy. This is the first perfume bottle I ever fell in love with and this is actually my 5th bottle already! hehe Just goes to show how much I love this. However, this time, I don't have plans of repurchasing it since I have a long list of perfumes that I really want to try. The top notes are fresh apple, plums and bergamot mixed with the fresh-air accord. The middle notes are floral composed of freesia, lily, rose and morning orchid. The base notes are musk and amber.

United Colors of Benetton Hot Gold. I got this late last year from my hubby, but I've been using it so much that it only took me about 2 months to finish the bottle. I really like the mild and slightly fruity scent of this perfume. However this does not last the whole day like the other two above. The top notes are golden apple, bergamot and yellow peaches. The middle notes are star fruit, rose and mimosa. The base notes are golden amber, sandalwood and musk.

Bath and Body Works Fragance Mist in Sweet Pea. This was my go to everyday cologne when I was out for a quick trip to the groceries or when I'm out of the house for just a couple of hours. This one is really fruity but still mild in my opinion. Since this is just a mist, it doesn't last long. Only lasts for about 3 hours on me before it starts to fade. The top notes are a blend of sweet pea blossom with watery pear aromas, rhubarb, violet, plum, red apple and bergamot. The middle notes are cyclamen, blue freesia, raspberry, Madonna lily and orange blossom. It dries down to the base notes of musk, sandalwood and heliotrope.

I have a few bottles I'm using right now and I'll show it to you soon. hehe How about you ladies what are your favorites?

Until next time.

Cheerios!

  4. I usually like Clinique scents. I think they release great stuff across the board. I'm not too adventurous with fragrances but it would be nice to be more kikay in that regard. I want to be known as the mabango na blogger, hahahaha!
