REVIEW: Etude House Oh m'Eye Lash Petticoat

4:48:00 PM

A few months ago I discovered something in the Etude House store while I was buying a backup of my favorite eyebrow pencil.  I noticed this white tube that looked like a mascara, so I picked it up. To my surprise, it was a lash petticoat or lash primer. I absolutely had no idea that Etude House carries that product.

Seeing that it was so affordable, I quickly picked it up without having second thoughts and headed straight to the counter.  I've been using it for a while now, so read below to find out what I think about it.

Product Info from Etude House

What I like about it...
* inexpensive at only 198.00 pesos
* thickens and lengthens lashes
* does not clump and really defines lashes
* medium sized applicator
* dries quickly
* did not irritate my eye
* works well with any mascara
* made my mascara last long even though it isn't in waterproof formula
* available locally

What I don't like...
*  none that I can think of. this stuff really works!

My rating: 5 / 5

Before (my natural lashes)

After (with petticoat and mascara)

Lashes with Etude House Petticoat

I'm glad I found this product before I picked up the MAC Prep + Prime Lash.  My friend just bought the MAC lash primer and I compared Etude House primer with it. It really gives off the same effect.

I also tried using this to clients with really short lashes, and the Etude House Oh m'Eye Lash Petticoat didn't fail me.  It helped define and lengthen their lashes.  Some of my clients do not like to wear false eyelashes, so this makes a really good alternative. I would definitely recommend this to those needing an eyelash primer.

Until next time.

    1. @Aya, it definitely helps sis. I already used to clients who had really very short lashes, and it did the trick. made their lashes instantly look longer.

  4. I better try this out. I'm currently using the Urban Decay one, but it feels quite inferior. :( It doesn't work as wekk as I'd have hoped it would.
